Last updated: September 2025

HireMeh (HireMeh.com) is a DBA of AI Voyages LLC.

0. Beta Notice

The Service is in beta and may change rapidly. Features may be added, modified, or removed. We may update these Terms and the Service to improve reliability, safety, and usability.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HireMeh (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides tools to build, tailor, and manage resumes and related content. Portions of the Service leverage AI models and third‑party providers. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by you before use. You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, or submit using the Service.

3. Accounts & Security

  • Authentication is handled by Supabase; keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
  • No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • No uploading of confidential or regulated data (e.g., PHI, PCI) without authorization.
  • Personal, non‑transferable use; one human per account; no resale or shared accounts.

Prohibited & Restricted Uses:

  • IP infringement, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, impersonation, undisclosed deepfakes.
  • Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, threats, extremist content; sexual content involving minors.
  • Promoting violence or self‑harm; malware or security attacks.
  • Scraping/crawling/automation that violates third‑party terms, robots.txt, paywalls, rate limits, or CAPTCHAs.
  • Spam or resource abuse; re‑identifying de‑identified data.
  • Uploading Sensitive Data about others without lawful basis and consent.

Activities requiring prior written consent include: automated headless browsing/RPA to third‑party sites, bulk exporting/systematic downloading, benchmarking or reverse engineering, security testing, handling regulated data (e.g., PHI/PCI), and training models on our outputs or telemetry. We may suspend or terminate for violations.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and UI. As between the parties, you own all inputs and outputs you provide to or generate with the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create non‑derivative technical copies of Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service. We do not acquire ownership in your Customer Content, and will not use it for advertising, selling to third parties, or training public models, except as you expressly permit in writing. We may offer optional features in the future to allow model training on your data with your consent.

Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them without obligation.

6. Third‑Party Services

We integrate with third‑party services including:

  • Supabase for authentication, session management, and storage.
  • Stripe for payments, subscriptions, credits, and passes.
  • OpenAI Realtime for voice interactions over WebRTC using ephemeral client secrets.
  • WebRTC/STUN infrastructure (e.g., browser/STUN servers) to establish peer connections.
  • Optional Google reCAPTCHA for abuse mitigation on demo endpoints.
  • Vercel Web Analytics (cookieless page‑level metrics). During beta we may add product analytics (PostHog) and error/performance monitoring (Sentry); we will update disclosures before enabling.
  • LLM providers that power AI features in the product.

Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Billing, Subscriptions, Credits & Passes

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel via the billing portal exposed in the app.
  • Credits and time‑limited passes (e.g., day/week passes) are entitlements applied to your account; they are not legal tender and may expire as stated at purchase.
  • Failed charges may suspend access to paid features.
  • We may store your Stripe customer ID and purchase metadata to administer credits, passes, and subscription status.
  • Taxes/VAT may be added; Stripe calculates and collects where applicable.
  • Auto‑renewal disclosure: the next bill date is shown in‑app; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
  • Pricing changes: New customers pay the then‑current price. Existing subscribers are price‑protected for the current term; changes apply on renewal after notice via email and in‑app banner.
  • Fair Use: usage caps apply as posted on the pricing page; misuse (automation/scraping, team/shared accounts, bulk exports) may result in throttling or suspension.

8. AI‑Related Terms

  • AI features may send text to LLM providers to generate suggestions. Do not submit sensitive data.
  • Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use them.
  • Realtime voice: microphone audio is sent via WebRTC directly to the model provider using an ephemeral client secret. We do not record or store raw microphone audio on our servers.
  • Transcription: when enabled, transcription is performed by the model provider. We do not persist transcripts unless you explicitly save generated content (e.g., approve a journal entry).
  • Diagnostics: we may log limited realtime event metadata (e.g., event type, timestamps) for reliability; we do not log raw audio and we avoid storing full transcript content in logs.
  • Device & network: you need a microphone and sufficient network quality; you are responsible for carrier/data charges.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

Availability: the Service is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis with no service‑level guarantees or credits unless expressly agreed in writing. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HIREMEH AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may export or delete your account data using in‑product endpoints.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue for any court proceeding lies in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration; Small‑Claims Carve‑Out

Except as provided below, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS under its applicable Consumer or Commercial Rules (including any Mass Arbitration Procedures) in effect when the arbitration is commenced. The Federal Arbitration Act and Florida law govern this clause. The seat and venue of arbitration is Tampa Bay, Florida (Pasco or Hillsborough County), with hearings by video unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. Either party may bring an individual action in Florida small claims court for claims within that court’s jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award individual relief permitted by law. Class, collective, or representative arbitrations are not permitted. Fees and costs will be allocated as required by the applicable rules and law; the arbitrator may award fees/costs where authorized by statute or for bad‑faith claims. Consumers may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of acceptance by sending written notice to support@hiremeh.com. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

15. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Digital goods policy: credits, passes, and subscriptions are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase or activation; they are non‑refundable.
  • Subscriptions: you may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro‑rated refunds for partial periods.
  • Passes and credits: non‑refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Pass time runs continuously from activation (subject to Fair Use).
  • Duplicate or unauthorized charges: if a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurs, contact support promptly; we’ll investigate and, if confirmed, reverse or refund that charge.
  • Service issues: if a technical issue on our side prevents you from using a paid feature immediately after purchase, we may offer account credits or time extensions as a goodwill remedy.
  • Compliance: where consumer protection laws require a refund, we will comply. Taxes and fees may be handled per Stripe’s and applicable laws’ rules.
  • Disputes/chargebacks: please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
