Terms of Service

By accessing or using HireMeh (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service provides tools to build, tailor, and manage resumes and related content. Portions of the Service leverage AI models and third‑party providers. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by you before use. You are solely responsible for the content you create, publish, or submit using the Service.

• Authentication is handled by Supabase; keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

We retain all rights to the Service, including software, branding, and UI. As between the parties, you own all inputs and outputs you provide to or generate with the Service ("Customer Content").

You grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create non‑derivative technical copies of Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service. We do not acquire ownership in your Customer Content, and will not use it for advertising, selling to third parties, or training public models.

We integrate with third‑party services including:

Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled via the billing portal.
• Credits and time‑limited passes are entitlements; they are not legal tender and may expire as stated.
• Failed charges may suspend access to paid features.
• Taxes/VAT may be added; Stripe calculates and collects where applicable.
• Pricing changes: New customers pay the then‑current price. Existing subscribers are price‑protected for the current term.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HireMeh and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and may export or delete your account data using in‑product endpoints.

These Terms are governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue for any court proceeding lies in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Except as provided below, any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS. Either party may bring an individual action in Florida small claims court for claims within that court's jurisdiction. Class, collective, or representative arbitrations are not permitted. Consumers may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@hiremeh.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
